Brian came by to inspect my roof after I lost some shingles in a wind storm. After he made sure the roof was in good shape, he explained the process of reattaching shingles on a ridge. He could have charged me for any of this, but did not. I’ll be calling him in the future when I need help with my roof.

We recently purchased a home that had been previously roofed by Palmetto Roofers. Although we are no longer covered by the warranty, Brian checked the roof around the old skylights and recaulked at no charge. He explained that our small, one time leak was most likely caused by wind driven rain and that the roof was in good shape. Brian was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous- so when the time does comes to replace the old skylights, we will definitely call Palmetto Roofers.

The historic rain totals in the fall of 2015 let me know that it was time to replace my roof. My roof has a few dead valleys and low slopes so I needed a true professional to do the job the right way. Ross is extremely honest and dependable. We are selling the house. The buyer’s inspector claimed that the roof had hail damage and should be replaced. I asked Ross at Palmetto Roofers to evaluate the roof and give me a quote. Ross examined the roof thoroughly and included approximately 20 photographs in his report. His report detailed that the roof did not have hail damage and that the roof did not require replacement. The buyer’s inspector was wrong. Our realtor asked a second roofing company to look at the roof and they backed up Ross’s findings. Ross at Palmetto Roofers did all of this work, at no charge, and then recommended that he not replace the roof. Ross is an honest and dependable man. I would use him on any project.

We had wind damage to our roof and contacted Home Advisor on Sunday and they had Palmetto Roofers called me. The next morning they came out and gave me an estimate. They did the work the same time and within 1 Hr. finished the job. Brian Ledford with Palmetto Roofers was professional and extremely helpful pointing out hail damage. He help me with the Insurance dealings which was beyond his job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great Job !!!!
